My first ratio was about 5 zinc to copper.
My second ration was 7.5 zinc to copper.
Both we low as for males the ideal is closer to 10 or 12, while for females closer to 8 or 10.
I really discovered it in a urine challenge test when my copper levels were off the charts. Copper is a tough one because it doesn't like to show up on hair analysis even if it is there in toxic levels. Often times toxicity and deficiency can occur at the same time, something about 'biounavailability' that I do not totally understand.
