Is there a particular type that's best or is regular "raw, unfiltered" honey from the health food store good enough? I've actually been using honey off and on over the last few months. I have no proof but I just feel intuitively that it's a good thing to use. Doubtful that it would be enough in a chronic case but I'm sure it's healthy. I don't believe in overly restricted diets.
