You probably heard about the shooting here in Washington State a couple weeks ago. But since then it has gone completely crazy around here. And I think it’s waaaaaaaaay too much to considered normal or that something isn’t behind it. First of all, Seattle doesn’t have that much gun violence. Yeah someone gets shot every day or two. But since that shooting there have been around 11 incidents involving guns and schools. Even the guy I work with who doesn’t believe in conspiracy theory at all is saying something is up. Yeah, I can be trigger happy. I’m sure it’s why I lose posts sometimes too. I always feel bad when I accidently hit the alert button during a heated debate because someone might really think I was alerting the moderator over whatever was said. One time I accidentally hit the alert button when Mo123 and another poster were talking about wearing bikinis. lol I told her about it and she laughed. :) 835 hits

Update: 6/6/12, 11:55 P.M. - Very high reading in South Bend, IN station this evening. Reason unknown. Station unresponsive to contact at this late hour. Since this same station has triggered the Alert system before, which Alerts may have been false, and because his current readings do not appear to be corroborated by nearby stations, we have disabled his station for the time being. I don’t believe it strengthens the immune system either, in fact if you take enough it may weaken it by destroying the chemical messengers that trigger the response or even damaging white blood cells. Also even if it doesn’t do this, taking it every hour or so may prevent the virus spreading, if you take it soon enough and so reduce the amount of infected lung cells producing the chemicals alerting the immune system to attack them, at the least this could prevent fatal damage 2,746 hits

If they say anything, just tell them to email me and I’ll explain. Sorry again. I didn’t know about the exposure to sun thing. That would maybe explain why my sore hurt so bad after laying out for 2-3 days a couple weeks ago. Also, I put 32,000 IU vitamin e-oil all over my face every night. Is this bad? My menu ended up being... banana with chia and coffee...half cafe and vitamins. I don’t think I ate much. I sat around like a sad sack. Think Auntie Flow had something to do with it. I would first want to differentiate between sensation of lump in throat and a true physical obstruction/misalignement in his throat that may constrict the trachea. If it’s of physical nature then you may want to consult a good chiropractor to see if his neck/spin is misaligned; certainly looking at any swelling of the glands in the region is wise. There are many conditions that can trigger sensation of lump in throat. There is an alert the webmaster button that anyone can push and as far as I can tell, not one message alert has been sent alerting the moderators about a posting violation about M****tech. A test of the national ‘Emergency Alert System’ which was seen by television viewers this morning in states across the country prompted panic and confusion, with many taking to Twitter to express their concerns. Moderators receive a message every time a person hits alert good/bad message. Once one person has pressed the alert button, the message ”already alerted” appears under the post text. When a moderator receives an alert message, the moderator can choose to act or not. If the moderator thinks the message warrants a R rating, or the moderator thinks the message should be hidden or deleted, (in the case of the bad alert), the moderator will act or not, (depending on the moderator). Well if you don’t want to go to a dermatologist then you need to figure out this yourself. There are skin problem forums which may help you. I did a quick search and found Rosacea - you might not have this but there are both medical and herbal treatments for that and also there are some environmental triggers. You might want to go back to step 1 in improving your health - to do parasite programs, detoxify your body, do some colonics and improve your diet. 7 years is a long time to be on supplements for adrenal fatigue. Normally I would expcet you not to be any supplement or minimal supplements by this time. I dont know your starting point but that is just an alert for you. As far as B are concern,it is not the only or the most important. Due to it stimulatory and nervous system involvement, in some cases, you can have skin and neurological involvement. There is some missing pieces here. Wow - you two make me feel like a major whimp. I pitched in the towel after my 3rd full day. It was one of those rare days where everything went perfectly and completely wrong. After the pull later in the day I was really beat up and out of it. Although I’ve always had a hard time with day 3 of a fast. Probably a good thing though - being fully alert on a day like today may have made me believer in Hell. I was wondering if the OP was sending a food trigger that was making the hunger part worse. There is absolutely NO reason to submit a "BAD" alert for this message. This is the case again and again. Same with "GOOD" message alerts. These features are intended to alert the moderators when someone is being abusive, posting spam, trolling, etc. Good alerts are intended for posts which deserve R’s, RR’s, RRR’s and so on. There haven’t been many R’s by your posts for a while now, and I definetly have been clicking on the ”alert good message” to alert the moderator. ok, I just hit ”alert- good message” on your post. If the system is working, you’ve got mail in your inbox. Also, though, go into admin mode. In dark letters, next to your post, it should say ”R” alert. A bad alert will show as ”H” alert. The good thing about the recommendations going to the inbox is that you can see who recommended. We have posters that really know their stuff, so when they alert I can count on the fact that the alert is good. The admin mode version is anonymous. 1,197 hits

When someone preses on any of the Alert Buttons, both buttons disappear. If you can’t see buttons ...it means that moderators have already been allerted. Why? It is enough to alert moderators once to a single message. Every hit to any button generates emails that are sent to all moderators of a forum. If a forum has 10 moderators, and 10 different people hit the same alert button ... that is 90 emails too many. The first 10 emails already alerted all mods. The biased non sense here at the zone keeps on keeping on. CLEARLY!!! And the alerts are as ridiculous as it gets.Why would a good message be categorized as an alert? I see that someone has been alerting all the posts by Spud and others that have exposed their myths in the past. Same is going on here. A number of posts here that I have done and some of my supporters have all received bad alerts. This has actually been going on for about a month or so here. Mods used to get emails for every alert that was ever sent out. There were also emails that were sent out to all mods anytime someone was banned and for various other things. This kept everyone informed on the moderating team and gave a chance to the first mod online who would see the alerts to get to the problem. At this point in time, I have no idea who is actually receiving the alerts and there is no emais sent out for other operations. Non medical o2 is ok for rectal. Strongly suggest humidify the ozone first. Humidifying ozone first actually breaks down a lot of the the ozone, which alters the concentration that is trying to be achieved in the first place. This is why I never humidify ozone for therapy. On the other hand, if you avoid the gallbladder itself, abdominal massage is not a bad idea at all. What I understood originally, when one person clicks on the alert button then the the button disappears so people can’t do like 10 alerts, what we often had. This morning I wanted to do an alert and I did not have the button, so I assumed someone else did it. I am watching that post and see if it is getting a rating. Did you see the post you mentioned, there is no alert message anymore, so someone must has clicked it. I don’t like this system, it is ok when someone only can click once, but other people still should be able to click too. It also gives the moderators a feeling how many people like the post. It used to be that we got good alerts and bad alerts on the same post, so the moderators could carefully read the post before making a decision. 1,471 hits 1 of 2 (50%)

Hi Molly, I pressed the alert button on that message early this morning about an hour after it was posted. Once the alert button is pressed, it disappears, since there is no need to be alerted more than once.
