Hello, I responded to your PM but thought I would just post a little update here for anyone reading. I have been on the SEM since Jan 10th. The biggest benefit I have had is I have not gotten sick from food i.e. bacteria’s in food eating out. Which was something nothing was able to help with so this is a HUGE step forward for me. Good Morning, A).. We have the blank label on our daily water bottles at my house. B).. Yes, when the bottle gets low you can just leave the label on it and refill the same bottle with fresh spring water. This is what I have done every time. Hello, I wanted to chime in and give an update on my husband and myself. We started the SEM on Jan 10th, 2010. After about 2-3 weeks on the water he had a lot of little sores pop up all over his legs and arms and some on his upper torso. I have had the same but not nearly as many as he has had. Through muscle testing we were told it was the body purging staph. He is feeling better with more energy then he has in a very long time. yes, I sort of meant that figuratively. Not quite as it looks on the screen. In other words, it’s *not* that complicated. (Although if you have several remedies going every day, you could have a lot of bottles and a lot of overlapping sequences.) Dowsing for me is a big part of that ”responsibility” factor. I dowsed ’blind’ -- that is to say, I assessed us each separately, with no prior knowledge or sense of ’values’ or scales (inasmuch as I could not see what I was dowsing, and really have no vested interests in imagining anything one way or the other. Hi All, This clarification from Stephen on taking ELP’s AFTER the initial ELP 1-9: For clarification- After you’ve completed 1-9 1 x you can take 10 while continuing to working on 1-9 multiple more times. elp 1-9 is repeated at the same time elp 10 is taken for 2 weeks and then 11 for 2 weeks. 1-9 is repeated multiple times - and taken at the same time as the higher ones. Hi Chi, I understand the ELP series to be core issues for us all. I have also been dowsing for some time, but have learned that I am the worst one to dowse for as most instructors teach. I am not saying your dowsing is not accurate, but your opinion or ”feelings” seem to get in the way of accuracy according to experts in the field. Hi Raider, Yes, the ELP’s are not to be combined as I understand it. I actually made it up to ELP 14 at one point and then as stated elsewhere Stephen recommended I retake the ELP 1-9, so that is more the norm than the exception it seems. Hi Chiron, From my understanding a person will take ELP 1-9 several times and must take each one for at least 3 days each not mixing them. For instance on our assessments it says to take ELP 1-9 for 90 days. Although, it was not on our assessment protocol Stephen did tell me that after finishing ELP 1-9 the first time (27 days) we could then add ELP 10 for 2 weeks and then 11 for 2 weeks working our way up. Hello Chir, What testing? Did Stephen do your assessment? So far I have not heard from anyone who by his assessment was to start at ELP6, or anything other than ELP 1. I don’t see anything in the material about it either. I personally had my energy level measure an increase of triple the original on reassessment, and he recommended I retake ELP 1-9 three times more. One thing I noticed is that I did not need as much sleep at times, and then other times I would sleep until noon. As long as it does not cause a problem or I do not feel bad I personally would not be concerned. Personally mine has been the most fascinating healing experience, and that is after several decades of being involved with dozens of ”alternative” healing methods. Hello, forum folk! Nice to ’see’ you, Raider. Hope all goes well. I’ve been taking the SEM for about nine days now...have been showing the labels to ( :) ) the large water bottles we get (5 gallon spring water that drains into a cermaic crock). We go through one about every three days, so that seemed the easiest way to go, at least to begin the first series. Here’s something that just ocurred to me though. I haven’t been putting a Tablespoon in our water: ALL our water has been imprinted, encoded, or whatever the best word for this is -and I just wonder if this might be too much. ...

Hi, I am very excited you have started this forum. I have been on the ”SEM” since Jan 10,2010. I switiched from the ”HWS” remedies to the ”SEM” originally due to the cost factor but after learning more about ”SEM” I realize it is a true complete healing on all levels.
