a few questions...

Hello, forum folk! Nice to 'see' you, Raider. Hope all goes well.


I've been taking the SEM for about nine days now...have been showing the labels to ( :) ) the large water bottles we get (5 gallon spring water that drains into a cermaic crock). We go through one about every three days, so that seemed the easiest way to go, at least to begin the first series.

Here's something that just ocurred to me though. I haven't been putting a Tablespoon in our water: ALL our water has been imprinted, encoded, or whatever the best word for this is -and I just wonder if this might be too much. The thing that makes me ponder is that I've had trouble getting to sleep many of these most recent nights. And that's rather unusual for me. Not with any particular worry or anything like that, just have a hard time getting to sleep once I'm lying down, although I'm not feeling awake enough to getting up and meditating, for example. (It might be though, that my intent to stay lucid into the dreaming state has had some sort of effect...just thought I ought to mention that. Sometimes that strong intent (in the past) to 'stay wake' through sleeping, has the effect of leaving one feeling as though there's no difference between waking and sleeping.)

But I'm wondering if the two might be connected.

Another small question: I notice that in the label pages (downloaded) the labels go from AA14 to AA30...and wondered about that.

For a few days I didn't have the coloured ink to print the whole series, so I was drawing the "blank" image onto a card and using that to contain the vibration, once charged.
