No no. Just the one label at a time, over three days --as is suggested. But after charging, I use the blank label to 'hold' the pattern.

(When I hadn't printed the blank out yet, -having run out of printer ink- I just drew the symbol.)

I haven't posted on curezone in long time but I'll try and keep people updated with my experiences with SEM. I've been on them for about 9 days so far. The past 3 days I have felt particularly good. Due to SEM? Not sure, but I can definitely say that my dreams have been rather vivid and memorable. Raider(you know who I am right? we just emailed back and forth today----I'm K..) you told me you were taking the ELP's for the first 30 days of your protocol. Stephen did not assign those to me until step 2. Not sure if that makes any difference or not.

Anyway, as time goes by I will report how I feel and/or anything unusual.

1. yes.

2, I wasn't, since I'd read in the book that one hour of numerical charging sufficed. Then I put my little drawing of the "Source" symbol on it, to hold the charge. But that was only a temporary thing. Now I'm using the blank label
until the jug's empty.

3. I was putting it in a little place near the handle. There is a time when the water level goes down into the crock, when it can't "see" the label. I haven't read in the book that thenumerical label should be left on, untiol the jug is empty.

I'm not sure there was any hard and fast rule. Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong. So far, I've only charged the whole jug with one label at a time--and then we've drunk and cooked with that for the three days.

As I told Sem, I've just realized I thought the T series was the ELP. Got them confused. Maybe that explains a sort of intense feeling...not sure what to call it. On the other hand, could be just 'life'; there is a strong sense of time speeding up; transformation always feels like it's happening bigtime. I think a lot of us sensitive types feel it, on Top of the other stuff.


4. I've reread this, today, about the updated protocol and understand /appreciate the whole concept with the AA's and the Fusion--I actually think that's where my head was at, entering into SEM, and what attracted me to it, after watching and reading the chapters. I have a stong sense of knowing that it is the deeper, more subtle and perhaps very ancient layers of *resistance* that is that 'missing piece' (or obstacle)that Stephen talks about.

And yet it's not totally clear to me what is the best
way for *me* to proceed. I think I will read again, then go through my list of dowsed numbers, and ask what Source says about how to proceed. (as I mention in the post to Sem, I tested for ELP 6, and my partner for 7, yet not for any of the others...so it's quite interesting.

I, like you, am anxious (more for my partner than myself) to get into what I see as the more hardcore issues. My partner is the one whose health is more of a concern, though all in all, we feel quite good, even with the physical challenges.


Yes, that all made sense. ( the repeating 1-9 and adding in the other stuff...) :-) It sounds like you are very on track. Kind of a nice weaving of energies! Makes good sense. And thank you for sharing your process --we'll stay in touch about how it all evolves, and surely lots more will benefit.

In the book stephen mentions some (the newer)combinations working best with another, a pairing, yet I'v found we test yes for the one, and no for the suggested partner... It's an interesting journey.
(as I mentioned, I dowsed our results, all 'blind' and then started to read them--they 'click' with the ring of truth.)

I'm keeping my heart open, smiling, and enjoying this.
(feeling a little bit of relief too about having discovered my T-ELP mixup)

Thanks for replying, and no worries. It's not really that important about the skip in label numbering; I notice it occurs more than once in the whole series; I'm just eternally curious is all, and wonder what the missing numbers represent.

The issue with the charging (or blank) label is resolved, now that the printer is printing again. I have quite a lot of faith in the power of intent combined with allowing (which has been a lesson I've been taught over and over again, as it gets deeper.

The sleeping thing is a reference to times when I've put some focussed intent into the practise of lucid dreaming, and waking every time a dream cycle completed.

I think I *might* have solved the mystery of the sensations of the last days. I hope this might prove interesting to others who may be just getting into SEM. Since I feel confidant in it as a tool for higher sense perception (intuition), I dowsed the sheets of labels for both myself and my partner(without reading them) to get a basic list.
This seems to be in accord with Hawkins' calibration approach and the principles at the foundation of SEM.

Because I had in mind to start with the ELP 1-9 (which I guess is the slightly slower approach)I went ahead and started with those, and we are finishing with third one.
So, naturally, I didn't dowse them. But, I just realized today that what I took to be ELP was in fact the T series.


I was just writing out a list of our dowsed 'remedies', planning to go back and read about the suggested progression, etc. and as might be expected, there is no T1-9 testing as yes. That's a good thing! It would appear to confirm that this (dowsing)method is reliable.

It's funny though, because you might expect that my dowsing would turn up the ELPs 1-9, since I dowsed all the sheets, label by label, and got strong, clear yes-nos. I reason they didn't, probably because I already thought these were 'included', so they were assumed 'done'. We both tested for higher ELP's with one exception. Six for me, and seven for him, and both "ring true".

So, interesting! I thought so, anyway. Lol. I know some people around curezone find my mind-workings simply too much thinking. But this is why I love, and delight in sharpening and appreciating intuition. I only really want
to analyze the results later.



So, we've taken Bacteria, virus and are drinking the parasite transformation. I can only really describe my feelings these last few days as "growth-stretch", which is an astrological term for a planetary aspect that does what it suggests. Another way to put it, in language I'm familiar with from various vibrational essences is "an expansion experience".

So now, my idea is to go to the ELPs (to quit the T series when I change the water bottle) and to sort out my results. We have some T's , some B's, a couple AA's and AA-F1, and a few higher ELPs, plus the one in the 1-9 series.
My partner (as I intuited) has several AA's and a few R's.


I just want to summarize for anyone looking in: that my estimation at this point of this process and the system, if you will, of SEM, is that it rings very "true".

'cause I was just saying in a post to Raider; I test pos. for AA-37, but not for T-37. (which I'm thinking was the counterpart he speaks of?)

I test pos. for T-39 and T-30, however. So, I'm guessing one of *those* must be "my" counterpart? It could work that way, couldn't it? There must be lots of possible combinations, given the differences between people.
