It is my understanding you can not take enough of any SEM to have a negative effect. One thing I noticed is that I did not need as much sleep at times, and then other times I would sleep until noon. As long as it does not cause a problem or I do not feel bad I personally would not be concerned. Of course as always no advice here is to take the place of medical advice so if you are in doubt please seek it.
I don't know about drawing the symbol, sorry. Pressed for an answer I would defer to Stephen's book and his instructions where he says to be sure you use authentic labels.
My labels also go from AA14 to AA30. I'll ask Stephen about it.
