Re: update from assessment

I will post more soon as I have a couple questions (tired now) but for now here's a quick update. Yep, had the appt. with Stephen. Very interesting guy, and the reading was way informative to say the least.

My energy level was not as low as I thought it might be (not sure that means much), and the rest was about as I suspected. He recommended a few individual rememdies, plus several "fusion" ones for 30 days, then on to the ELP plus some of the fusions continuing on day 31. And so on for the first 6 mo. or so.

I made them all over the weekend, seemed a bit complicated at first, but now so far, so good. I think I get the hang of it. I don't notice anything significant after drinking them for a couple days, but I do have an urge to drink'em ALL the time :))

Would love to hear more of your experiences....?!
