Some new questions!

Hi there SEM - ers -

I have some remedy preparation questions...

a) I made all my remedies in separate bottles. Then put them in a water bottle to take to work during the day. Stephen's book says something about using a blank label. Is this what the blank label is for - to put on our "daily mixture" of remedies? Is this absolutely necessary, or just a suggestion?

b) what is "reconstituting" as opposed to making a new remedy? It sounds like taking a bottle where you have already made a rememdy, and before it is 100% empty, adding water. Is this more or less correct?

c)I just leave the labels on the bottle after they have "charged" for the full hour. Is there any need to take off the labels?

d) I downloaded the paper labels, and put packing tape on both front and back to help preserve them. The tape is clear - this should not affect the remedies, don't you think?

e) How 'undisturbed' do the bottles need to be for the full hour? I'm asking because I had to make a number of the separate remedies... I was focusing on keeping them apart, and realized later a couple of them had fallen over on a carpet during the hour. I later set them out again separately for an hour, so I am assuming they are charged up (or else really confused).

Thanks!!
