Probably sweet fruit like dates, bananas, grapes, figs es can be on of the solutions. Natural oils (coconut is great; or OO) on the problematic spot - will decrease discomfort an help healing. 2. 80/20 diet may be not the best for you at this point, since good fat in food in your case will promote healing and free-passage through the colon and rectum. Look into fecal transplants have you been on antibiotics? If so sounds like you need probiotics. I wouldn’t waste time and money on pills. Look into fecal transplant. You can do it at home using your hubby’s poop and use it in a enema do it once day till your back to good health.
