I felt that i must update you and Archus about my current condition.

DL you were right about the swelling, about after 24 hours fast i took castor oil, it didn't cause the diarrhea, but it did cause the bowel movement, and stools did have some blood in it, but only the red one and not any black marks on it.

and after that pain became much easier, swelling is almost gone, and after 4 hours i broke my fasts with few apples, i feel body is not ready to fast longer under given circumstances, given i need to go to work from tomorrow.

and i am losing weight again and i don't want people to be commenting on why are you fasting etc?, so i would like to avoid it on weekdays, weekends are mine though, would keep short fasts on weekends and rest of the time, plan to follow the diet according to what we have discussed.

and again i would thank you two for your responses, it really saved me some anxiety about my health and relieved me from the pain in time.
