Re: Diverticulitis attack after months of overeating?

Hello All/Archus and DL

I wanted to share that, i am doing fine with thriphala powder, rejuvelac and fruits and salads, and one time cooked veggies with some oil in it, for fat, so it would be around 60-10-30 diet.

but i also wanted to say that though i am not eating like crazies, i do have cravings for Sugar and tendency to eat it after the meal and have to control it.

i don't know what could be the reason?
and also it seems that food doesn't stay in the stomach, i get hungry after few hours again, though i eat considerable amount of salad or fruits at a time till i am full, and with these cravings i do give in to something liking to my craving but then i need to stop and i do stop much earlier than i was doing earlier, but this tendency is irritating.

i think this craving has physiological source while if i keep eating then it is emotional, though emotional is better and i can stop after a while, but i do need to understand the physiological and give myself the required nutrient.

my cravings are mostly for nuts and sweets, something having both though a bad combination feels like best in the time of cravings particularly cashews, so i guess if it is magnesium, then i can try cashews and green leafy veggies cooked, for reducing oxalic acid and have good quantity of them, otherwise it's difficult to have them in good quantity.

i also feel de-hydrated after meals, even if i have taken something healthy like salads, or fruits.

Let me know if there's something you think would be good for the situation.

also i wanted to ask, when do you think i can do an enema? i mean given my situation, how long should i wait before i take one?
