IC/IBS Sufferer

Hi there! Nervous first time poster here! I was diagnosed with IC in my twenties (now 33), having had a cysto and a urethral dilation after constant preventative Antibiotics . I've taken so many pills and medication in my life, I practically rattle. Also have IBS (the joys!), and suffer from chronic constipation and really bad bloating (I look pregnant most days).
I have constant bladder and bowel pain, which can become unbearable at times, and continuous back pain too.
I'm totally sick of it all, sick of the pain, and meds, and being beholden to the loo :( Tweet
