I just took a scoop here and there when i felt my throat becoming scratchy. I never took it daily unless if it was like 3 days in a row. It’s more of a family thing now. But then in March of this year i began to do too much and i never fully recovered. I never returned back to the way things were. I even lowered the thyroid med because i couldn’t breathe. My breathing returned to a better level after lowering it but even now it has become difficult once again to breathe so i’m contemplating raising it again but just not too high.   [End]

Winter time is coming near and usually every year i make sure i load up on my Vit D 3, Manuka healing honey, and some oil of oregano. I’ve only tried some oil of oregano from Vitamin Shoppe that has some mix of Mediterranean oil.
