Reactions on a Trip

I'm traveling, in Medellin, Colombia until 3/15 from the US.

I am having reactions that I have had before. My lungs feel funny, like they're becoming 'brittle' or stiff, there's a cold sensation in my throat, sometimes I feel tired too.

As far as I can tell, there's something on or in my bag. I've had this before.

I only brought a backpack with clothes, a laptop, kindle, an old iphone, and the chargers, and toiletries.

The iphone, kindle and laptop are out, are all wiped down with Trader Joe's cedar spray with some alcohol, so no sensations from them. I have a 1/2 ounce of the spray left.

Bag is in the bathroom. In the shower. Problem is, when I walk in the bathroom I start feeling those sensations. Vehicles close to the street and hotel emitting exhaust probably don't help too.

Debating whether to have the hotel staff wash my entire bag and contents. I've done it before, helps for a little while.

Other ideas - distant healing? Can I meditate through this? Is there something I can buy or do here? Is it my amygdala (which is probably freaking out by sensing a small amount of a reactant, and sending my body into a hyper-reactive state)? What can I do???

I've tried 'binaural beats', solfeggio frequencies, and similar sounds on youtube, now trying deep breathing, and relaxing. Anyone have any other suggestions?
