The main reason I started studying Qigong was that I had severe fatigue after getting very sick on a trip to India. Some people heal very quickly and others take more time. One of the reasons it takes time is that the mind/body can only safely detoxify so much at one time or it can weaken the system. The energy sessions will only detoxify you in a way that is safe for your individual system.

Most people know, who have worked with me before, that the energy works on many levels, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. The main sessions are on Wednesday nights, more details below. In addition to the main energy sessions there are unscheduled energy adjustments every day and you get that energy when your energy system is ready for more energy. You can receive this energy anytime day or night. There is a continuous energy flow throughout the month and not just on Wednesday nights.
