I just took a scoop here and there when i felt my throat becoming scratchy. I never took it daily unless if it was like 3 days in a row.
It's more of a family thing now. If anyone in my family gets sick they start scooping it up and it heals sore throats nice and quick.

I mean i've heard noni juice (which has natural sugars) to be good for yeast, so idk. Honestly i have no clue how to eradicate yeast other than what my doctor suggested which was an anti yeast diet with some nystatin, two of which i've tried
