There are studies that have been done for food allergies and intolerance’s relative to GMO’s and those who were suffering from these allergies were instructed to completely stop eating foods that have GMO’s, which are basically, soy, corn, beet sugar (anywhere it says just ”sugar” and not ”cane sugar”), and wheat. There may be others, but for now sticking with organic is the safest way to go, anyway these patients were able to heal allergies over time after learning how to avoid GMO’s and very gradually reintroduce foods they had been allergic to, back into their diets.
