NAET vs Bioset

A lot pf Bioset practitioners claim that Bioset is easier and deeply effective. They say you get the tapping vials at home and you treat yourself after instructions tapping yourself on the specific points of the body. NAET can treat one allergen at a time while Bioset multiple. To be fair I am a bit skeptical, why should one need to go to NAET and pay to specialist so much money for every single session and allergen, if he could do it at home faster and cheaper? On the other hand, from what I have read everyone says Bioset is really better and is the evolution of NAET, but I still believe that while there definitely may be advantages, there should be also disadvantages in Bioset.
Can someone with more knowledge give me more info on that?
And I have another question - I was surprised to hear that NAET can treat for "Fear", "Fear for NAET". While I know some vials contain some allergen,I am curious what do these contain...?
