Worms and heavy metals

Hi. This is my first time posting. I'm doing nutritional balancing ( created by dr lawrence Wilson). I have been heavy metal toxic most my life ( I'm 20 now) and it got bad in the last 2 years. My MCS got so bad I'm house bound now. I have tried Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , rife, herbs, etc. and nothing really did much. I think NAET helped me start releasing metals from my body. After some treatments ( I did like 48) I started to get rapid fluid retention ( 15-25 lb) and started to sleep 14-20 hours a night. I read that dr klinghart wrote that metals can only be eliminated from the brain if the body is not allergic ( one way to do this is NAET. ) If you look at the mineral treatment it has mercury listed. When I got my first hair mineral analysis from Dr. Yu in Missouri it showed very high levels of mercury. It's been 6 months and instead of going back ( I was wayyyy to sick) I decided to start nutritional balancing. I'm pretty much just on diet ( lots of cooked veggies, bison, lamb, and 3 T animal fat daily, distilled water) and a few supplements. I just released my first visible worm, which was pretty obvious in the toilet. It's 2 thick 4 in worms. Not sure what kind but I'm guessing a round worm? The day before I released it in my coffee enema I felt like I was going to loose my mind. I have researched that parasites can release toxins. Can they release heavy metals they stored while alive in me? Now I'm super bloated and lots of water retention ( I usually have a lot for some reason - heavy metal detox maybe?- but this is more).
