Ah, a kindred spirit. Yes, I feel the same on all accounts. I don’t care for eating out here, where we live now, but twas not always the case. I used to live in three cities, all of which had an enormous relatively healthful palette available whenever you wanted it. Alas, I’ve gotten even better at cooking and I’d just rather have people over to my table. Besides, my green beans and garlic are tasting more and more like Joe’s Shanghai in Manhattan. Their’s weren’t organic or made with sea salt either. Now, to figure out how to perfect soup dumplings and I’m set!
