I need my home made bread and so milk to make it with. Today I bought oat milk and it says it's made from pure oats. I stupidly forgot to look at the Sugar content; well you know, pure oats and the ingredients say:
Yet it has 4g sugar. That's the same as the rice dream. I eat oats for breakfast so please tell me is it any different using rice dream or oat milk from eating oats and rice really?
