It'll be my first cast iron cookware, and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
Today was also my first time cooking with EVCO - just a simple stir fry dish of veggies with 1 tbsp of EVCO. Smelled wonderful and tasted so yummy! : )
I do use coconut milk in my cooking but this is the first time using coconut oil - what have I been missing out!!!
