Where does one find a Lodge Pro-Logic cast iron pan at?
As for the aluminum, I do not use the foil much anymore. And my pans and pots are (in this moment) non stick, which I have read is bad for you, also.
I do ask God to bless my food though, after it has been cooked. I also ask Him to bless it after I purchase it, before it has been cooked. I am working on doing that consistently, before and after, just not totally there, yet:).

OH and thanks for the link. I used to have low iron issues and do not think it has ever gone to near above iron issues. I have had blood tests and it is back to 'normal'. LOL Except sometimes, when I am dragging myself around, I think it may be the iron again.
