I agree w/ the pampering-- because my day is so hectic anyway I am inclined to leave me out and fill in the time w/ comfort food. When I did the cleanse before I took epson salt baths and will be doing that again this time. I get up in the morning and run a tub of water as hot as I can stand it, add two cups epson salt and sit for at least 10 or 15 min (longer if I have time). It is for two reasons that this works well, 1. I am detoxing w/ the epson salt, it draws out the toxins at skin level. and 2. because it relaxes me and makes me prepare for the day ahead w/ a positive view (sometimes even doing my bible reading). Seems to work well for me.
so by all means figure out what is your relaxation technique and go for it, it will make you a happier "cleansing" person
