You shouldn't psych yourself out about the food. I'm only on day 3 and yes, of course I WANT to eat -- I have to feed a 3 year old all day and all his junky food looks good to me. But I don't eat it. I keep telling myself all the food will still be there when I'm done with this. I am striving for 10 days and barring any unforseen health difficulties, I intend to get there one day at a time. Try to busy yourself with things that don't have to do with food. You can do this -- I just keep reading all these posts for motivation. People just like us ARE doing it and you can do!!
