I had a couple of false starts and now I am doing the Master-Cleanse and loving it. I think the key for me is distraction. Before I go to bed at night I write myself a scedule for the next day filling in all my time (i.e. 1:00 do pilates tape, 3:00 clean bedroom, 4:00 watch Oprah, 6:00 give myself a manicure, 7:00 work on scrapbook, ect..).
My boyfriend thinks I'm a crazy person, but it makes the day go by so much faster (plus I am doing nice little things for myself).
Scehdule yourself and pamper yourself!!
This diet is hard with too much time to think!
