The key for us old dieters is to get out of diet head mode.
You're not going to be doing this for the rest of your life.
Take it one day at a time. It's ok to want to eat, just not ok to eat.
And everytime you think you want food reach for a lemonade or water and remind yourself that in X # of days, this will be over.
If you can put all the food in your house away, go for it.
Stay curious, now's a really good time to tap into your body and listen to what's going on.
Maybe find a hobby to do at night, or a good book to read, or a bunch of movies, or take a walk... It's a good time to focus on yourself.
