Sorry - I got the mistaken impression that you were loading up on herbs till your body screamed stop! lol

As it turns out, you do only a fraction as much as I do (though I do tend to stay within recommended limits)

I would nevertheless still say that legs and ankles swelling up like waterballoons was a pretty good scream!
