I know this not for EVERYONE, I'm just telling you MY experience. But juicing helps my skin a lot. I juice carrots and apples mainly. I remember after one day of juicing my skin cleared up a lot the next day. I get lazy with juicing. But everytime I go back to it my skin clears up. Apples and carrots are good too. I understand you may not have a juicer, but maybe for your birthday or Christmas (which ever is closer) you can ask for one. That's what I did because I didn't want to buy one. I'm poor. Then again I'm young (22) so I still get presents from my parents. Anyway, good luck with it.
