People are saying a diet low in carbohydrates (i.e. the Atkins Diet) really helps, but what about things like fresh fruit and veg? I avoid all stimulants, breads, cakes, sugars, tea, coffee and everything else dangerous, and live maninly on herbal/green teas, fruit smoothies and salads. Are you saying that my diet is bad? My skin looks ok, but I have a slightly reactive patch by my mouth which is yet to clear up, but other than that my skin is peachy clear and glowing. What can I eat if not fresh fruit and veg and plenty of water?
