its one of the most dynamic challenging breathtaking adventures to embark on

diet , exercise, sunlight... they touch the tip of the iceberg but are very important aspects... nonetheless...

that is why i spend as much time cultivating my human relationships ( including that to myself) as I do to the physical aspects of health
