Great advice. Of course as the medical profession in general at least in my country doesn't even admit fasting is healthy or even safe, finding one who will supervise one would be a long and most likely in the end costly process.

In the end the only real option for me is to supervise myself as I have been doing. Anyway, with my experience in a country full of skeptics, I am probably as close to an expert on fasting as anyone else here. :p Tweet
