Re: death of a friend
Sorry to hear about the passing of your friend, especially at such a young age.
It's good to hear that you want to try and turn things around for yourself. Don't go too fast, and try not to get crazy. Instead of getting overwhelmed by all the information, layout a plan for yourself and try to follow it. Start with a visit to your doctor and express your intentions. You probably should be checked for pre-existing stones and other conditions related to the liver, pancreas, gall bladder and spleen. Try to eat right. Try to exercise. Pray. Try a
parasite cleanse of some sort if you feel compelled. Try a liver flush. Just remember to live your life.
I've just finished my first flush, so I'm not even close to being an expert. I'm a generally fit 35 year old male and eat a better-than-the-average-American diet. I've been a pretty regular beer drinker, although I'm making a serious effort to curtail that. I was compelled to try the
Liver Flush protocol as a way to bring my cholesterol and triglycerides down.
I'll tell you, after completing my first flush and seeing what came out, it really alters your perception on things and makes you seriously rethink old behaviors. I also see an uphill climb ahead of me. Keep in mind, the
Liver Flush protocol is not necessarily an easy route; it's an alternate route. Be prepared to take the good with the bad, and keep an open line of communication with the people who contribute to this forum.
Good Luck!
