I just want to suggest that she stop eating gluten for a good 2 weeks or more and see if symptoms start to get better. It won't cure the root cause, but it can stop her from vomitting if she is having troubles digesting foods. It took me a long time to realize I had gluten intolerance, which is probably liver and intestine related, but when it did start to affect me in a bad way, I could not hold down food and lost 15 lbs in a couple weeks. Once I was off of it for a solid 3 days, I started to not feel nauseus and within a week or so I felt fine. It takes 3 months to get it out of the body, so it's not an easily identifiable intolerance... plus when it's causing its havoc on the intestines, all food becomes toxic material permiating through the intestinal walls (leaky gut?)... dairy is another biggie she might want to stop eating (if she is eating it)... give it a try just for some relief while she gets well enough to flush, and get back to us on her progress! I'm curious if gluten could be the problem, but with me, it wasn't only at a certain time of day, however the liver would be taxed if many foods became toxic.
Wish her our best!
