I recently found raw organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar and have been taking 1-3 T a day for almost 3 months..sure helps me with digestion, and my pain from sciatica is gone! It amazes me it does so much!
I also like taking papaya enzyme tablets..have used these for years, and they work for a short term quick relief and kids love them 'cause they are chewable and taste yummy. Apple cider vinegar has worked the best overall for me though.
