Years ago, when I first became ill, one of my symptoms was to get sick whenever I ate, usually throwing up. I finally stopped throwing up when I started eating all organic food and did not eat anything with
preservatives yeast or mold and no sugar, even vinegar made me sick ( I know this helps some people, but it makes me sick). Your friend can try this, but might want to do this slowly, because I was so sick that I did everything cold turkey and it threw me into a horrible detox state. Yes, I agree that enzymes and my liver gallbladder where a big part of my problem and this came later. But at the time I was losing too much weight too fast and that in itself was making me more toxic and making me sicker because my body could not handle the toxicity from my weight loss. I honestly think she might be too sick to do the
Liver Flush right now. (By the way, the gallbladder tests showed there was nothing wrong with my gallbladder - I ended up giving up on doctors who wanted to give me about 6 bottles of pills and Xanax) It has been a long journey in getting well, but I have not taken a single pill in years.
When I was eating lettuce I would get a metal taste in my moutn, the reason was that I was so toxic that I could taste the pesticide on the lettuce. I was at a point where I could only eat organic. Have her try eating only one thing per meal and then she will be able to find something that does not make her throw up.
