Hi Somer,
Thank you for all of your support during my fast. I am hoping the outcome of your fast goes as well as you plan. I don't think there is a specific forum for IF on curezone, although I know there are references to it on this site under EOD or Every-Other-Day fasting.

Most of the people on that forum also do some form of low-carb eating so it is best to keep that in mind.
Anyway, I'm really enjoying my diluted OJ today. At this point anything tastes good to me in comparison to water.
