Ur saying 'follow what feels best for you' I quite understand. U were without food for such a long time and ur return to more or less 'normal' food in such a short time is understandable. The expression 'FEELS best for me' can be equal 'the food I have been DREAMING about all this time'.. PLEASE dont rush into eating soup with potatoes at least. Leave this ingredient to add AT LEAST in a week or so. It wont run anywhere (we both understand it).
Ok, u cant go for a fruits juices due to ur previous condition. Ok, dont go then but, agree, u could go instead for vegi juices for several days.. I agree with on-a-mission that it is better to stick to juices for sometime (if u dont feel like going on juices for a half time of ur water fast, dont go then. U could go for 3 days or so and then go for ur vegi cooked juices (without potatoes) for some days. PLEASE listen.. Dont give 'a shock of life' to ur body.
