Help!

Hi I have been the silent surfer on curezone for weeks and have gained so much. I have this impending doom feeling inside. As far back as I can remember I have had chronic heartburn. And I'd say the past 15 years I have taken every possible pill for it. I have been scoped once only to be told " my stomach was very irritated and red" handed 5 boxes of Nexium samples and sent on my way. I have learned quickly to fear heartburn and take something asap.
In the past 6 months when I swallow it feels like food is stuck right about bra level, sternum? I have to drink water and it's a very scary feeling. In my mind I am convinced it's something terrible due to all of the erosion and now it's hopeless. I have no health insurace. One positive note, I have started the ACV 3 times a day and the Sea Salt water and have not taken one pill in over a month now. A few tums at night, but that is all. I have 5 boys and I cannot afford alot of the cleanses on here. I have also been very constipated my entire life. I just refuse to let another doctor hand me pills and send me on my way. I was hoping for some sound advice on what protocol to follow. Thank you so much...Irish
