Re: Hypo issues.*edit*
My family think I am wacked until they see me going to the doctor and getting a bunch of tests and then they think that there must be something legitimately wrong with me. Sad huh....
Hey I love the idea of driving to the seaside. But guess what. It is in the same place as the ultrasound appointment. Mackay is a beautiful coastal town on the Whitsundays, but it's a 3 hour drive there and back. I think I am going to keep the appointment, just cause it's an excuse to go to Mackay. Plus they have shopping that we can only dream about here in town.
As for my other doc, I haven't heard a thing from him. Find it kind of rude actually. I sent an email on Monday (Wed here now) just asking about when he might see the results from my saliva and urine tests, but heard nothing back from him. They will apparently call when the results come in and set up another consult. He charged me $350 for the last phone consult and certainly hope that he isn't planning on charging men that every time I speak on the phone. Amazing what we will do when we are desperate isn't it.
I was just reading about Modifilan. Do you think that might be of help, and can you take both it and
Lugols at the same time?
I just read your edit. My diet is as good as I can get here for living as remotely as I do. I recently went back to protein and fruit smooties for breaky and I must admit it has helped already. I am also taking Trappers advice and trying to cut down on just how much stuff goes in my mouth. I am a notorious grazer, and so today when hunger hits, I am going for glass of water and aloe juice first and seeing how long I can wait till I need to eat.
