Fledgling begins

I have decided to look only on the bright side, for one month, to see if changing my attitude/inclination makes me happier/healthier.

My keyword will be 'applesauce'. (You may like this one, too, or have another you prefer.)

I will, at the same time, respond promptly, alertly, and appropriately, to every emergency that arises and needs my attention.

I will report my best improvements on or about September 28th.
