with every work week he faces, he feels his life blood drain from him. instinctively, he knows he is dying and that it is coming before his time. just because his reaction is denial doesnt mean he doesnt know. deep down he knows. the day you show enough improvement he cant ignore and he feels desperate enough, he will ask you what to do. that wont mean he will do it. it doesnt even mean that it wont be too late. but the fact is, he knows and his choice is to keep eating out for breakfast and pouring out his life for coin while you share the consequences of that with him.
