Thanks Somer. I had totally forgotten about this way to do it. I will defintely remember that for the next time. I agree about the "Chicken Broth" BS thing, I never believed that myself. When I did the MC, I didn't do the SWF, but took colon cleansing pills instead which worked incredibly well and were very gentle.

I didn't seem to have any problems with this fast after doing the SWF. I was in so much pain all over, including a horrible migraine and it helped make those things go away.
