thanks a lot for your very easy to follow way of doing the swf...that sounds like something i can actually do. theres always a debate as to whether or not one needs to do a swf while fasting, and since i've never fasted before after reading your post i believe that when i start my fast i will def try it. i was a member of the Master Cleanse Forum at therawfoodsite.com for a long time and everyone always hated the swf, but always said it was worth it. thanks again we appreciate it =)
