A few words about the swf

I'm with you. I have read lots of arguments, pro and con.

Personally I think the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) pretty much passes through, carrying everything in its path, and is gone. I don't feel any lingering effects of the salt in my body, even after long fasting when I am hypersensitive.

I do not like to swf every day, as I find it fairly intense, and certainly not always convenient. I like to alternate plain water enemas. As a big time colon cleanser it has been very important to keep my colon clear, every fasting day.

I plan to do a swf at least once or twice during this ten day maintenance cleanse.

I've posted this a million zillion times, but hope everyone has heard the news: there's an easy way! It only took me four years to puzzle it out:

Dissolve 2 tsp. UNIODIZED Sea Salt in ONE cup drinkably hot water

Have THREE cups plain water standing by

Chug as much salt mixture as you can, chase with fresh. Chug and chase til ALL water is consumed. Voila!

I sucked back a full quart of blood warm salt water for years. I told myself it was broth (I never believed my BS)... tried the Zen method... I'm pretty tough, having consumed lots of icky mixtures along the cleansing trail! But I never really dug the full quart of blood warm salt water. I REALLY like the above method, and thunk myself upside the head for not having done it sooner.

Best,
Somer
