I don't think that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is supposed to be a regular part of the Water Fasting protocal, but I have used it once when I was having really bad detox symptoms and just was not up to doing an enema. For me, I have not done either the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or an enema on a daily basis during this Water Fast and I don't think they should be used that way. I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) once during the past 16 days and it helped me a lot.
