Thanks for the encouraging posting.

I have felt really bad this afternoon again. Headache, small intestinal pain, also some pain around the ovary on left side. Very tired.

With that being said, I have been under huge amounts of stress for last year and half, so this may be the problem pushing the detoxing situation. Just dont know at this point.

I did go get some Aloe Vera juice to help with my stomach, gas etc. Seemed to help the stomach and indigestion feelings but not the pains.

Will leave off the iodine, orally until tomorrow. May still paint the problem
breast tonight.
