i was just going to mention that there are too many variables and unknowns to really put a finger on the cause of this. i find Iodine to make everything work better, not worse. as many have said before, even the worse detox symptoms are short lived and once they pass the person feels better than ever before. that is the sign of true detox - in the end you wouldnt trade it for the world.

so now you mention eating out. hopinso is very intuitive and may have struck on the problem without knowing it. perhaps you simply suffered some food poisoning. in that case, i would say any Iodine you have been supplementing would have made that kind of episode easier to handle and perhaps without it you may have been much more violently ill than you were.

think about it. eating out once is ten times more dangerous than any known level of Iodine supplementation. Tweet
