I do hope you are feeling better today, the itching problem.

Yes, I agree with you about eating out, I do not normally do it at all because
I do not trust what I purchase. Had no choice yesterday. Next time, I will
just wait until I can get home and prepare my own food.

I am a whimp with heavy detoxing, I went through it with help of NP years ago.

I do feel you and hopinso were correct though. It came on suddenly and is still
hanging around this am. But, nothing like last night as far as the pain.

I guess we sometimes, have a false sense of security over our health. Meaning,
I felt I was very healthy up until last summer, when this breast problem showed
up.

Guess it is onward and upward, keep my focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. I darn sure do not trust doctors...that is another whole story in
my own book of life.
